Responsible to provide technical Consultancy to our valuable clients, on the platform of Microsoft as well as Unix, Linux & Novell NetWare Network Operating Systems & Wrote complete Procedures of Pakistan’s first ISO 9001 certified IT Firm. Follow complete procedures of ISO 9001 to maintain the standards, which are, help full to all of us in regards of future up-gradations and troubleshooting Provide complete Client Server Technology Consultancy to our Medical Transcription Department right from there Network Installation / Configuration / Administration of more then 300 nodes LAN & WAN Network. Configuring and Administrating the Active Directory Domain, DHCP, WINS, IIS, ISA, Proxy Server, Mailing Servers, backup servers as well as print servers. Good working knowledge with Hubs / Switches / Bridges / Routers and the Gateways. Maintaining Security policy and User Account policy for the Network. Developing and maintaining multiple standard workstations image configurations through reviewing, configuration and testing all hardware components. Installing hardware and configuring software on individual PCs. Performing integration testing on standard shrink-wrap, in house developed and other new or existing applications within the standard desktop environment. Investigating and recommending new hardware and software platforms that would be beneficial to the organization.
Maintaining current integration lab technology through administration of test server environment and desktop hardware inventory. Providing 3rd level support to Service Desk for desktop hardware and applications, during the pilot phase of new products and on going as necessary. Hardware troubleshooting / configuration of Desktop PCs,
Notebooks, Printers including monitor, video Card, Memory Upgrades, etc. Responsible of call management and tracking techniques. Backing-up and/or restoring system or applications. Working closely with external application vendors. Providing network monitoring and support including user administration and E-Mail / Internet access. Maintaining accurate support records and statistics on the platform of Microsoft Windows NT and 2000 Environment with integration of UNIX. Reporting to the Manager, of Network Services, the incumbent is responsible for the following tasks associated with the infrastructure development project, assigned:
-Internet access control
-Internet gateway
-anti-virus protection
-3rd level firewall protection
-Novell Server migration/transition
-NT/2000 Server Upgrade
-Disaster Recovery services/business continuity.
As a UNIX Administrator I am responsible for the following: Manage the
daily operation of a robust, highly available, 7x24 UNIX based
environment. Proactively manage network security including patch
management, monitoring, and investigation. Maintain a consistent focus on
availability and customer service. Investigate, plan, and implement new
technologies. Act as a technical resource during the development of
company technology based products and projects.
As a Microsoft Certified Trainer (MCT) I am also responsible to manage and
conduct IT Training’s on different courses, which is the need of current
market. Successfully completion of Training program of Linux / Unix /
Windows NT / Windows 2000 for some of the foreigner students. Conducts
Train the Trainer Program for those Instructors who want to become MCT.

I joined MIT as a Systems Engineer / Trainer, for the project of Civil
Aviation Training Institute, Hyderabad. At that time I am responsible to
Install, Configure, Administrate and Troubleshoot Network of Microsoft
Windows NT 4.0 Domain, more then 500 hundred nodes along with complete
setup of Internet & Intranet, Messaging System & Proxy Setup.
Provide complete Technical Support & Solutions as well as Training on
the above setup. After successfully completion of that project, I was
transferred at our Head Office, in Karachi.
Deployment of Network Infrastructure (cables and devices) &
Troubleshoot Microsoft Windows NT 4.0 Software and Hardware problems
Configuring and Supporting Microsoft Windows NT 4.0 installation
strategies. Troubleshooting Server applications on Microsoft Windows NT
4.0 Workstation Configuring and supporting Windows NT 4.0 deployment
strategies (Sysprep, Norton Ghost, Drive Image Pro, unattended installs,
PCAnywhere, etc.) Supporting migration strategies from Windows 95 / 98 to
Microsoft Windows 2000 Professional.
Configuring and Supporting Printers and other special purpose peripherals
and devices like Modems, Hubs, Switches, Repeaters, Routers and Gateways.
Experience in supporting complex desktop environments, particularly with
Microsoft Windows 95/98, Microsoft Windows NT 4.0 Workstation and
Microsoft Windows 2000 Professional. Experience in supporting computers in
a Novell NetWare LAN environment. Providing Technical Support to our
valuable clients on the platform of Microsoft Products like MS Proxy
Server, Mail Server, DHCP, WINS, RAS, Backup, Print Server and strong
knowledge in the deployment of new Network setup and configuration from
the initial level to the final level. Strong knowledge in the deployment
of Microsoft Windows 2000 Active Directory Domain Environment.
In this tenure, I deals with National Bank Of Pakistan, Habib Bank Ltd,
